Our Instructors

The great part about this class is it offers alternate moves for situations. In other martial arts classes, you are required to learn certain forms. This is a sequence of moves that a board of directors have decided must be memorized by all students of that system. In Castoldi's system we realize that the same moves do not work for everyone. Each instructor works with the students to show them their "own style" of defense. For every one move the attacker makes, you will know several different ways to avoid it. Its that simple.
